Dinesh Munasinha
Co-founder, solicitor and author
Dinesh Munasinha is a co-founder of FairPro, an author and speaker with 20 years of legal experience. He brings a lawyer's precision, an accountant's perspective and a negotiator's commercial judgement to making contracts simpler to understand and manage.
Based in Canberra, Australia, Dinesh is a Solicitor in Australia, an Attorney-at-Law in Sri Lanka and a Management Accountant, with certification in project development, implementation and management. He began his career at a Legal 500 law firm before joining the legal team of a conglomerate. Across legal counsel and solicitor roles, he has advised on commercial contracts, corporate restructures, business acquisitions and stock exchange listings.
His experience negotiating contracts has shaped his approach to FairPro: legal processes should help people make informed decisions, manage risk and keep business moving. He combines this commercial focus with a deep understanding of technology in legal practice, including the use of artificial intelligence in contract drafting, review and management.
Dinesh's book, 30 Standard Clauses, has been an Amazon bestseller in the contract law category. He has spoken at the Colombo Contract Law Conference and the BCI Australasia Summit in Sydney, and written for legal websites such as Mondaq and Family Law Express. His writing and speaking share a consistent aim: to make technical legal concepts accessible and useful in practice.
Gamin Jayasingha
Co-founder, Australian solicitor
Gamin Jayasingha is an Australian solicitor and a co-founder of FairPro, bringing nearly 20 years of global experience to its leadership team. Over two decades, Gamin has become a trusted authority on complex international legal and compliance frameworks across several continents.
Before co-founding FairPro, Gamin held senior roles as Legal Counsel and Regional Compliance Officer for leading global organisations. His experience spans highly regulated sectors, including banking, insurance, manufacturing and retail, and gives him a complete view of contract management, corporate governance, consumer protection, risk and cross-border regulation.
Seeing how much time and value contract work was losing, Gamin and his co-founders Gayan and Dinesh set out to build a better approach to legal operations. After several years of research and modelling, they built FairPro: an AI-powered contract lifecycle management system for organisations of every size.
At FairPro, Gamin brings his legal experience to make sure the platform meets high standards of integrity, commercial fairness and regulatory compliance, turning complex contract work into clear, fair and scalable digital workflows.
Gayan Gunapala
Co-founder and Technical Lead
Gayan Gunapala is a Sydney-based cloud, DevOps and infrastructure engineer and a co-founder of FairPro. He brings nearly 20 years of hands-on experience building and running systems, from data centre servers and carrier-grade telecommunications platforms to modern cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
Gayan spent his first decade in telecommunications at Dialog Axiata, Sri Lanka's leading mobile operator, and at Alcatel-Lucent. As technical lead of Dialog's converged charging solutions division, he designed and built high-volume, real-time billing systems and core network software, and led teams on projects that won Dialog's Innovation of the Year and IT Project of the Year awards.
Since moving to Sydney in 2016, Gayan has led infrastructure and DevOps for companies in regtech, proptech and fintech. His experience spans the full technology stack: software engineering in several languages, telecommunications and enterprise IT, on-premises infrastructure, and cloud platforms on AWS and Azure. He brings that breadth to designing systems that are secure, reliable and built to grow. He holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), Sri Lanka, and a BSc (Hons) in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
Alongside co-founders Dinesh and Gamin, Gayan saw how much time contract teams lose to scattered documents, manual approvals and missed renewals. Together they designed FairPro, a contract lifecycle management platform for organisations of any size.
