Getting started
Who is FairPro for?
Contract teams of any size: legal, procurement and sales, in one company or across a group of companies with many departments.
Do we have to change how we write contracts?
No. FairPro uses your own Word templates and clauses. Contracts stay as Word documents, and you can still download, edit in Word and upload a new version.
Can we bring in the contracts we already have?
Yes. Import signed contracts as files, or your contract register from an Excel workbook or CSV file. You see what will happen to every row before anything is added.
What does setting up involve?
FairPro is set up around how you already work: your templates, clauses, roles, departments, approval rules and working hours. People can sign in with your Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Google Workspace account through single sign-on.
Does FairPro work outside Australia?
Yes. Each organisation has a country, which sets its business register checks, tax label, currency, working days and signing rules. Australia, New Zealand and Sri Lanka are ready today, and more countries can be added.

How much does it cost?
Plans depend on how many companies and full users you have. Talk to us and we will put a plan together for you.
Who counts as a full user?
People who draft, review, approve and manage contracts. People who only request or view contracts do not count as full users.
Does FairPro suit large organisations?
Yes. The Enterprise plan sets companies, users, plugins and AI allowance by agreement, and FairPro supports single sign-on, user provisioning through SCIM, a REST API and webhooks.
Security and data
Where is our data stored?
In Australia, in Sydney. When you bring your own AI account, you also choose where the AI may process your contracts.
How is our data kept apart from other customers?
Every record carries its organisation, and the database itself refuses to show it to anyone else. Each organisation's files are encrypted with its own key.
Can FairPro staff see our contracts?
Not unless you grant access, for a few hours at a time. Every read during that time is logged.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Export all your records and files at any time.
AI
Do we have to use AI?
No. Every AI feature is off until an administrator turns it on for your organisation.
Which AI can we use?
FairPro's own AI account, or your own with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini or Microsoft Foundry.
Can AI change our contracts?
AI proposes details, warnings and wording. Nothing changes in a record or a document until a person confirms it.
Working with other tools
Does FairPro work with DocuSign?
Yes. Connect your organisation's own DocuSign account, choose the signing order, and the signed copy and certificate are filed back automatically.
Can FairPro connect to our other systems?
Yes, through FairPro's REST API and webhooks, which tell your systems when a contract is requested, approved, signed or changed. AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot can also work with FairPro, with each person's own permissions.
