Built so one customer's contracts never reach another

Contracts hold your most sensitive terms. FairPro is designed around keeping them yours.

  • Kept in Australia

    Your contracts, files and database are hosted in Sydney, Australia.

  • Walled off from other customers

    Every record carries its organisation, and the database itself refuses to show it to anyone else. Each organisation's files are encrypted with its own key.

  • Single sign-on and MFA

    Sign in through Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Google Workspace with SAML, and require an authenticator app.

  • No standing staff access

    FairPro staff see nothing unless you grant access, for a few hours at a time, and every read is logged.

  • An audit log nobody can edit

    Every change anyone makes is recorded with who, when and from where, and can be exported.

  • Your data, yours to take

    Export all your records and files at any time. Retention rules delete nothing until a person approves it.

AI and customer data

AI under your organisation's control

  • Your choice of AI

    Use FairPro's AI account or your own with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini or Microsoft Foundry, and choose where it may process your contracts.

  • A person decides

    AI proposes details, warnings and wording. Nothing changes in a record or a document until a person confirms it.

  • Never more than you may do

    The assistant and connected AI apps act as the signed-in person, with that person's permissions. Approving, sending and signing are prepared for a person to confirm.

  • Switched on by you

    An administrator turns each AI feature on or off for the whole organisation.
